GTA 5 effect on your picture

Step 1. Load Action

Download the gta.zip file to extract the gta.atn file, then open the photoshop press ALT + F9 to open the Action window.

Select Load Action and navigate to the other gta.atn file.

Step 2. Create a selection

Press Ctrl + Shift + N to create a new layer named brush.

Then use brush to paint the area you want to edit, what color is also.

Step 3. Run the action

In the Action window press the play button.

Wait until you finish running and enjoy the results.
